What is a sub account?
Sub-accounts (also referred to as āClient Accountsā or āLocationsā) are where everything lives for each of the businesses you manage (including your own agency). A sub account is where you keep everything for one specific business. So if you have a real estate business you will want one specific sub account for that business, and if you also have a house cleaning business, you will want a specific sub account for that business, so in this example, you would need 2 sub accounts. This allows you to keep all of your businesses organized in a separate CRM/workspace. If you have multiple clients, you will want a specific sub account for each client.
What is an agency account?
An Agency Account is where you can manage all of the sub-accounts within your agency. It acts as an umbrella so that you as the agency owner, can toggle between sub-accounts.
